eating question Empty eating question

Every night I get home from work after everyone else has eaten, so I eat my dinner in bed.

Because I'm usually exhausted.

So my question is, is it unhealthy to eat laying down? People have told me to stop but I don't see what the harm is, everything comes out fine.

If you were that exhausted you wouldn't bother to eat your dinner at all even in bed. I know when I get like that I walk indoors, go straight upstairs and go to bed. No food for me.

Only thing that can happen is your food won't digest as quickly or you could choke.......to death.........maybe.....hopefully. Rolling Eyes

I'm not 100% certain on this, but I read somewhere that is slows the rate of digestion and makes you more prone to acid reflux.
